La Ciudad de la Cultura dispone de un Centro de Recepción de Visitantes ubicado a la entrada del edificio que aúna recepción, tienda y punto de información, además de ser lugar de partida de las visitas guiadas. Los paseos guiados por la Laboral desgranan la arquitectura, la historia y los usos actuales a la vez que recorren los espacios que componen el espectacular conjunto: patio corintio, torre mirador, iglesia… El teatro, con su novedosa programación artística; las exposiciones del Centro de Arte y Creación Industrial o los nuevos espacios congresuales y de reunión componen un puzzle único al que se suman servicios complementarios como la Tienda o el Café de la Laboral.
